IMPORTANT! Please read all of the information below before you begin.

Online Registration: Only former Ormstown Soccer Club players or a new player who has never been registered with any other club can register online. REGISTRATION PROCEDURE:

First step :

• Click on "Register" on our home page and then click on "Member registration" located in the upper left corner of the computer screen.On a cell phone, click the tab with the 3 lines in the right corner of the cell phone and click "Member registration".

Second step :

• For players who have never played for our club or other clubs, click on "New member".
  For players who have previously played for the Ormstown Soccer Club, select the option "Renew (Name)" and after entering the requested information, follow the steps as instructed on the screen.

• Enter all the information concerning the player and the parents

• Choose the season for which the registration is done (eg: 2022 season)

• Choose the program for which registration is made (eg: House League, intercity ...)

• Complete the medical questionnaire and the COVID-19 risk recognition form

• Click on “Save” If nothing happens, you still have some information to enter. Return to verify by returning to the top of the page and enter the missing information.

If you have another child to register, redo "Member registration" and redo the second step for the second registration. When all registrations are entered, move on to step three.

Third step :

• Click on the "pay and process" link to complete the payment. If you do not complete this step, the registration will be considered incomplete in the database. Make sure you go to the terms and conditions consent checkboxes at the bottom of the screen and finish by clicking on the “pay” button to complete your registration. You will receive an email confirmation after payment has been made. Without this confirmation, the registration is not valid.

• If you have more than one player to renew, you will see a window showing the pending renewal requests. You can continue with the other registrations and select “Pay and Process” to complete the registrations.

• Finally, click on the "Quit" button on the left to complete the registration process.
  A message will appear asking you if you want to print the affiliation slip. It is not mandatory to print it. When confirming your registration, keep the document for yourself. By confirming your registration you confirm that you have read the affiliation form.

Family discount:

Payment terms :

• Full  payment - (1 installment): Payment must be made by credit card, Visa or Mastercard.

• Payment option - (2 installments): To pay in 2 installments: Upon registration, affiliation fees and non-residents (if applicable) will be charged to you. The second installment (the remaining balance to be paid) will be automatically billed to your credit card on June 1, 2021. Payment must be made by credit card, Visa or Mastercard.

WARNING: Please note that entering inaccurate information when registering for the voluntary purpose of circumventing the regulations of the Quebec Soccer Federation constitutes registration fraud and will result in the immediate refusal of registration.
